We currently ship to Europe  and selected international countries.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: Free on orders over €50.

  • A shipping fee of €4.95 applies to orders under €50.

  • Please note: return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

3. Delivery Times
Standard delivery times are estimated at 8–13 business days.
Please allow for potential delays due to high volumes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Lunella Luxe is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. This allows you to follow the journey of your package.

6. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers to ensure a safe and timely delivery of your order. Our regular shipping partners are reputable local providers known for reliable service.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, we will deduct the actual shipping fees plus a €10 administrative fee from any eligible refund.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly at support@lunellaluxe.com. We’ll gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Complaints
As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: this right does not apply to opened products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
