We reserve the right to refuse any order if we suspect fraud or other irregularities.
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Any import duties, customs fees, or taxes related to orders shipped outside of UK are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to UK and selected international destinations.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping partners, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Delays due to customs checks or external factors will be minimized where possible.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with international consumer standards, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: This right does not apply to opened or unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your product is defective or incorrectly delivered, you may file a complaint within three years, in line with consumer protection laws.

    Once approved, we will replace the product and reimburse your return costs.

Lunella Luxe is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues caused by force majeure events, including:

  • Customs checks or courier-related issues
    We strive to provide accurate information on our website but reserve the right to correct errors or technical faults.

Suppliers are responsible for the quality and compliance of the materials and products provided to end customers.
If the initial customer service response proves insufficient, the supplier is expected to provide further support.
The supplier guarantees that all goods do not infringe upon intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks. If the goods are patented, the supplier affirms that the seller is licensed to offer them.
The seller is responsible for the legal operation, accuracy, and performance of their own webshop.
